Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our checkout.

Is it safe to shop on Ecohousekit.com?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption (https) to keep your personal and payment information secure. We never store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us at support@ecohousekit.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email with your order details will be sent immediately after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to check your delivery status at any time.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order hasn't arrived within 8 business days, please contact us at support@ecohousekit.com or call +1 (682) 318-0911 and we'll look into it right away.

Returns & refunds

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products — food & beverage, health supplements, and beauty items — all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure product safety and hygiene for all our customers.

What if I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@ecohousekit.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

What if my item arrived expired?

All our products are sold with valid expiry dates well ahead of delivery. In the unlikely event that an expired product was shipped, contact us immediately and we will resolve it with a full replacement or refund.

What categories do you carry?

We carry authentic products across three categories: Food & Beverage, Healthy Living (supplements and wellness essentials), and Beauty.

Do your products have expiry dates?

Yes. All food, beverage, supplement, and beauty products are sold with valid expiry dates. If you have questions about a specific product before purchasing, feel free to reach out to us.
