Returns All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including buyer's remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. Please review all product descriptions and details carefully before purchasing.

Refunds We do not offer refunds except in the following cases:
- You received a damaged item
- You received an incorrect item (wrong product shipped)
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ecohousekit.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
