Empty one pouch into a microwave safe cup (9-12 oz. cup recommended).


Add 3 Tablespoons of water (or milk). Stir well.


Microwave on high for 1 minute and 10 seconds. Let Stand for 1-2 minutes.

Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour [Enriched With Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Malted Barley Flour), Sugar, Dried Buttermilk, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Defatted Soy Flour, Contains 2% Or Less of: Dextrose, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Isolated Soy Protein, Salt, Dried Whole Eggs, Calcium Carbonate, Nonfat Dry Milk, Natural and Artificial Flav

Directions
For crepes: combine in an electric blender of food processor pancake mix, water, eggs and melted margarine or butter. Process 1 minute or until smooth. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. To prepare crepes, lightly grease a preheated 7-inch crepe pan of skillet. Pour 3 tablespoons batter in pan, immediately tilt pan to coat bottom evenly.
